So to help you consume a beneficial amount of caffeine in moderation, we came up with this Vanilla Coffee Protein Shake Recipe to get your morning started off on the right foot. Of course, if you’re pressed for time, you can simply add 1/3 to 1/2 scoop of Challenger Nutrition Whey Protein Powder to your normal cup of coffee and add a little milk on top. This mixture can be a bit lumpy, so you’ll want to continue stirring it while drinking.

INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup room-temperature brewed coffee
- 1 scoop Challenger Nutrition Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ banana
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 ½ cups of ice
DIRECTIONS:
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender except the ice and blend.
- Add ice cubes slowly until the desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy with your breakfast!
